Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport

Miss Cassandre and Mr. Serge made our meal at the Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport restaurant feel warm and personal. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was right. Their professional, thoughtful service really stood out. I’d recommend the place for the team as much as the food, and I’ll be back.

The staff, location, parking, and delicious breakfast were all great, as you’d expect from Park Inn by Radisson. But my room had a lot of dust and dirt under the bed, and there weren’t any towels in the bathroom. The other rooms in our group were completely clean, so I guess mine was an exception. Four stars from me. Kudos to the team 👏.

The free airport bus is handy, though check its schedule and allow about half an hour for the ride. There’s a train station around a 10-minute walk away for getting into town or elsewhere. The hotel is clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds, great staff, and a restaurant and bar on site. I’ll stay here again.

As a Premium Radisson member, I found this disappointing. We booked because the Radisson app showed an airport shuttle, which mattered with our 8-year-old daughter arriving late. Only a few hours before we got there, we learned there’s no shuttle on Sunday evenings. The Uber fare itself wasn’t what bothered me most. Even though the problem was acknowledged, the hotel made no commercial gesture afterward.
