Thon Hotel Brussels Airport

The team helped us get my daughter’s very important bunny back after she left it on the shuttle. They kept us updated, sent a photo when they found it, and shipped it to our home. My daughter was so happy to have it back. The hotel is clean and the service is very good, and it’s conveniently located for an airport trip the next day. We parked there for 15 days, and it was a very good park, sleep, and fly deal.

Even after our stay was over, Christina and her team kept helping us for several weeks to get our luggage back to Australia after we accidentally left it in Brussels. They stored the bags safely, opened them for us, took out items that couldn’t be shipped, and handled getting everything ready for international delivery. Christina was responsive, professional, and clearly committed to helping us through the whole process. We’re extremely grateful to her and the team.

It’s not the most modern hotel around, but the rooms are exceptionally clean, with impressive attention to detail in how they’re kept. The staff are friendly and professional, and the stay is good value for money. I’d gladly come back.

**Rude receptionist, small rooms, and limited breakfast** **21 March 2026, 8am** The hotel is a few minutes from the airport, in a hotel complex. There’s plenty of parking, including space for buses. The rooms are relatively small, and the bathroom is much smaller too. Holiday Inn express is better. Breakfast was a typical European spread of breads, eggs, coffee, and salads, but when the scrambled eggs ran out, they didn’t replace them. The receptionist’s attitude was very bad. We checked in as part of a tour group, but at checkout she demanded 5 Euros in city tax and insisted, “I want you to pay now,” even after we said we were with the group. She didn’t bother checking, so I had to call our tour guide to step in. Our bus driver had the same problem, and she spoke rudely to them too. If the rooms are small and breakfast sucks, at least tell your staff to behave decently. You’ve just lost the business of 15 people a month.
