We were here with four people in 2019 and now stopped in for dinner on July 11, 2025, on our way back from the Ardennes. It's a lovely place, and we can see why we stayed here before. The cozy Austrian feel and the owner’s warmth charmed us. Dinner was excellent, with generous portions, so nobody leaves hungry. It was such a surprising experience that you really have to see it for yourself. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to the Ardennes. Too bad we couldn’t stay overnight this time.

A lovely place with really friendly people. The food was tasty and good value for the price.

I felt at home at the inn and would recommend it. As a solo traveler, I had a very comfortable double bed, and although the furnishings are dated, the room was cozy and clean. It had a fridge with drinks, plus coffee supplies, dishes, and cutlery. The rooms are a little noisy, and the toilet's loud shredding mechanism makes quite a racket, but I still slept well. Since breakfast doesn't start until 9:00 AM, the very friendly innkeeper packed me a lunch. I also had a steak for dinner: cooked just right, delicious, and a generous serving. €28 seemed perfectly fair, and half a liter of beer for €5 is hard to find these days.
