Central but still calm, the location made it easy to walk everywhere. I really appreciated the recognition and service as a GHA Titanium member. The team also arranged a small surprise for my mother’s 70th birthday, which made the stay more memorable. Ariana at reception was especially friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We had an absolutely excellent stay at the NH Brussels Stéphanie, and I’d definitely return.

Avoid this hotel. The area felt shady, and the rooms smelled bad, with dirty toilets. There was only one person at the counter, and it took ages to get a response. There are quite good hotels nearby for the same price.

It’s a good hotel, but they missed the request I sent two weeks before our stay, asking them to arrange a surprise for my wife because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Still, we were woken several times each night during our Friday-to-Monday, three-night stay. Between 11 pm and 5 am there were drunk people heading home from nightclubs and cars playing loud music. One car repeatedly honked around 2 am. I know the noise wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It was just an unfortunate situation.
