Waer Waters spa Hotel

We had a fantastic day here from 11-4. There’s loads of variety, plenty of room, and lots of food choices and restaurants. It felt relaxing even though it was busy, and the whole setup is professional. You do have to book! It’s an expensive treat, around £200 for two people who need robes, slippers, etc. One heads-up for men: you need tight elastic swimming shorts. They sell them for €12.

There are lots of pools, saunas, hammams and more in this very large, beautiful spa. I used to love coming here, but it’s turned into a wellness theme park. It’s hard to find a quiet spot, and if you do, couples may be intimately smooching right beside you. It’s very expensive, too.

We loved the pools and saunas, and the massage was amazing. We spent four hours and could easily have stayed longer. I would’ve added two more hours so we could enjoy the restaurant at a more leisurely pace. The one downside was people talking in the silent areas quite often, which disturbed those trying to have some peace. If I went again, I’d spend most of my time in those areas and bring a book.

The atmosphere across Waer Waters was outstanding, and the facilities are beautiful (though I obviously can’t share pictures of them). The aufguss sessions were a real highlight: timed just right, incredibly well run, and among the best I’ve ever experienced. Their quality and intensity really set them apart. The team were friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about their work, which made the whole visit even better. I left relaxed and impressed, already planning my next visit.
