Christoph and the staff made us feel welcome. They were friendly, helpful and efficient, and breakfast was superb with great service. Our family room was clean, comfortable and a good size. We had a three-night city break exploring Bruges's historic centre. The location was perfect and the price reasonable. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

We were very well looked after at this lovely little hotel. Our triple room was comfortable and well equipped, and the location was good. Breakfast was nice, with fresh bread and pastries, plus eggs cooked to order.

The breakfast staff were fantastic, but the room itself felt small and tired, with worn carpet and washcloths. The decor could use another look: the two pieces of art didn't go together, and one was just awful. The curtains also made the room feel drab.

The staff were very friendly and the service was top-notch. Our room was very clean, and the hotel is ideally placed for the centre and historic sights. You can catch a bus right outside.

Breakfast was fantastic, especially the fresh croissants each morning, the best I've ever had. Service was great, too. The location is good, though our view was of the bus station. The room was clean but small, with an AC and heating unit. A small fridge would have been useful. I'd stay again.
