We’re very sorry, but we couldn’t make our reservation because my father passed away unexpectedly one day before we were due to leave. We cancelled everything straight away and emailed the owner immediately to explain. We can provide a death certificate if needed. We hope you can understand and show some compassion during this difficult time. Would it be possible to get a full or partial refund? If that can’t be arranged, we’d also accept a voucher or another kind of compensation. We understand there are rules and conditions, but given these exceptional and sad circumstances, we’re hoping for some flexibility. Even a small gesture of understanding would mean a lot.

A lovely theme, with well-maintained rooms and nice little details. It’s peaceful and quiet, with a jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the Meuse.

The jacuzzi on the terrace is fantastic. It’s a super nice apartment with every comfort.
