Comme à la ferme

There are several animals on site, which is great for kids, and the breakfast is very good. It’s a very nice B&B near Durbuy, about 45 min walk for Durbuy.

The hosts were remarkable, discreet but attentive, and we’d gladly return. The cottage has irresistible rustic charm, with authenticity and comfort brought together with impeccable taste. It’s a real peaceful haven in the countryside, just right for disconnecting. Breakfast deserves a special mention: eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, pastries and whole-grain bread. Everything was there, generous and delicious, a real treat to start the day. We highly recommend it!

The hostess is so friendly, and the animals around the property can be approached in a nice, relaxed way. We had a great breakfast too, with lots of coffee, tea, juice and other choices, plus pleasant music. Everything was neat and clean, and the peaceful meadows and hills made a lovely setting. Our first holiday in Belgium got off to a great start. We’ll definitely come back.

The location is lovely, and otherwise we had a pleasant stay. But the neighbors’ dogs barked through the night, and it was really noisy for hours. There’s no shower curtain either, so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower.
