There’s no reception or clear place to check in, and the whole setup feels strange. It seems more like a restaurant that tried to become a hotel. When I decided I didn’t want to stay, they weren’t accommodating at all. There are lots of nice hotels in Durbuy, including Victoria and Hotel Lea, so avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Fantastic people and a fantastic hotel. I loved it. I wouldn’t think twice about booking again next time. The price and location are superb!

The rooms are small but serviceable. The restaurant downstairs has a good selection of food, and breakfast had a very good selection too.

We left after waiting about 20 minutes without being served. It was Friday afternoon and only three tables were occupied. Both waitresses saw us working with the other tables, but nobody came over. I called one of them; she looked at me and still nothing happened. Maybe they don't need new customers, or perhaps things are just so chaotic that a few guests are too much to handle.

The staff were friendly and the food was tasty. We'll definitely be back! 👌
