Hotel Sleepwood

The rooms were spacious and well designed, and housekeeping was impeccable. The bathroom was spacious too, with a large, powerful shower. Staff were friendly and spoke several languages, and water was provided as a courtesy. Breakfast was very good. A clear recommendation in Eupen.

The rooms were really nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You could order breakfast or other meals to your room, which was great in these times. The one issue for us was how hot it got at night, with no way to fix it. Otherwise, an excellent hotel that I fully recommend!

The beautiful wooden room had a nice shower and an unexpected outdoor area attached. There was no kettle, and with no curtain or shower screen, the whole bathroom got wet when I showered. The room was too warm at night, even with the window open and the day's maximum temperature only 14 degrees.

The reception staff were very friendly, and service in the restaurant was good. The rooms have an interesting design, though I had to get used to the glass wall around the toilet and shower. It isn't clear glass, but you can see the person’s outline. Our stay was pleasant overall. Parking was the downside: there’s a public lot fairly close by, but it can fill up, leaving you to find somewhere else, which can be difficult.
