Best Western Hotel Les 3 Cles

The staff were so hospitable and friendly. It’s a lovely, cozy hotel with a good standard breakfast, and the restaurant served tasty dishes at dinner.

The staff were excellent, and the bathroom and shower were very good. The bed was comfortable too, but our room was tiny for the price. We were just there for a little weekend trip with small bags. If you’re two people bringing suitcases, good luck! Breakfast was average. The eggs had a strange colour and didn’t taste very good, and the bacon was cold. Apart from that, it was okay.

The staff were the saving grace. I had a room that hadn’t been renovated, and it was dated, to say the least. The breakfast hall was filthy.

My single room had everything I needed: a mini fridge, hot kettle, reading table, 32 inch LCD TV, and a very spacious bathroom. It was impeccably clean, almost as if I were the first guest to use it. The staff were professional and very friendly. Breakfast was quite good, and the dining room was well arranged. I also had breaded chicken and pasta for lunch, both done very well. The room was great value for money, especially after coming from Paris, where my room wasn’t half as good and was very expensive. I’d stay again when visiting Gembloux.
