Ronny at reception was a real legend, always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. His stories about his football days made our stay even more fun. A true professional, and a Dinamo Zagreb fan.

The owners are warm, caring, old-school people. They even helped me when my hired car broke down. The hotel is near Genk Central and also close to lots of restaurants and things to do.

A lovely family-run hotel a few minutes' walk from Genk city centre. There's a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby, and the hotel serves tasty food at a low price too. Its bar has a relaxed feel, and it's a nice spot to try some Belgian beers before bed.

The owner is really nice and helpful, and it's easy to get around with a bus stop just around the corner. Aldi is very close, as is the Sport area. The rooms could be improved, but they were very clean. A neat, pleasant place to stay.

For the price, I expected a lot better. The beds were very uncomfortable, there was no coffee or tea in the room, ventilation was poor, and the bathroom was dirty. The only good parts were breakfast and the kind elderly receptionist.
