I've had few experiences as bad as this one. The work was very poor quality and didn't last, and they seemed not to know what they were doing. They were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional with customers too. I'll never return. They ruined my nails.

The nails started coming off after a week, and the application crumbled. They also don't respond when you speak to them. They weren't friendly and kept speaking in their native language while giving us disgusted looks. They tried to overcharge people too: one person paid €40 for a set, then a friend was charged €45 for the exact same thing. We pointed out the difference and said it was a mistake. Sorry, but who would believe that? Do NOT go here!!

My cuticles were badly damaged, even though I specifically asked them not to touch them. They started bleeding a lot, and when I asked them to stop, they got angry. The hygiene was disgraceful: using one file for every client is unhygienic and can easily pass on infections. The woman got angry when I said I didn't want to put my fingers in acetone that other people had clearly used. There was a layer of dust on it. Maybe it's cheap, but what's the point?

My nails were left badly damaged after the previous set was taken off. One was filed right through the nail plate because of careless work.
