Ganda Rooms & Suites

The house is beautiful, the rooms and suites are comfortable and well designed, and the hosts are very friendly. Great location too. Highly recommend!

The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the communal spaces feel cosy. Ganda room and suites is a super cute boutique hotel with excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, and the Belgian beer in the “Honesty Fridge” was cold. A great experience, thanks!

We were very disappointed with our stay. The sheets were stained, and the bed was never properly made. I stretched the sheets and mattress protector myself and found it covered in hair. The bed was uncomfortable, with a noisy plastic cover. There was no hot water, and the bathroom was tiny. We found a large spider and more on the ceiling, and mosquitoes bit us. Our room faced a courtyard where people were constantly passing by, so it was noisy and there was no privacy. The decor felt strange and disturbing, especially a painting that seemed to mock religious themes. To make matters worse, the final price we were charged was higher than the one listed on Booking. My partner and I both felt this was one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in, and definitely one of the most expensive for what it offered. Very poor value for money.

After a full day wandering around Ghent, this was a lovely place to unwind. Art, thoughtful interiors and a romantic feel all come together here. We ended the evening with wine on the rooftop terrace, watching the sunset while church bells rang. Thanks, Kristoph, we had a wonderful time.
