Maison Drappier

Traveling with my family, we found the place had everything we needed, including a washing machine, despite its simple feel. The main city attractions are nearby. Emma and Carmen made the stay amazing. One of the best accommodations we've had, and we'd highly recommend it.

The owners were welcoming and kind, while still giving us plenty of privacy even though they live upstairs. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and furnished in a lovely modern style, with care in all the details. We had good quality complimentary water, salt, oil, toiletries, bathrobes, and everything else we needed. Guests can use a pleasant terrace with a barbecue, and private parking is available for a small extra charge. We happened to visit during a heatwave. There’s a cooler for one room, but no air conditioning. Since Belgium usually doesn’t need a/c, I understand that, and I don’t blame the property. We’d recommend it.

The hosts were quick to respond and excellent. The place was clean and roomy, and getting to the Old City was easy.

We had a lovely weekend for two in Ghent. The apartment was great, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Being able to walk to everything in the city center was a big plus. Garage parking can also be booked if you ask.
