Park Inn by Radisson Hasselt

We arrived at the Park Inn in Hasselt for our anniversary with modest expectations, but the stay surpassed our wildest dreams. The staff made us feel exceptionally well looked after from the start. Our modern, stylish room was perfectly clean, and when we asked to switch rooms, the team sorted it out right away with no hassle. We accidentally left something behind, and Muhammad Ashfaq’s professionalism, steady communication and reliability helped get it safely back to us in the Netherlands. We’re especially grateful to him. Thanks as well to the Park Inn General Manager and the restaurant staff at Radisson Blu Hasselt. Having these two hotels side by side makes for a unique Hasselt experience, with excellent hospitality and memorable dining. We couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary stay.

The location is ideal, close to just about everything Hasselt has to offer, and the price was reasonable. The hotel rooms are nice, though ours felt a little dark and could use a few more light sources. Service was okay but could improve, as we had to ask for refills of basics like shampoo and toilet paper.

Good value for the location, with friendly staff, food and drinks, and a clean, quiet hotel. All good. I’d go back for sure.

We stayed July 4-7 and felt the hotel was good value for money. The room was small and plain, but very clean and well maintained, and the AC worked well. We managed to fit two small suitcases and two carry-ons. If you’re mainly out exploring and only need somewhere to sleep, it works well. It’s in the middle of Hasselt city center, near shops and fantastic restaurants, with metro and bus stations a 5-15 minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt at home. My only issue was the very thin bathroom door, which didn’t offer much privacy. It was a pleasant stay at Park Inn.
