La Ferme de la Cour

The Tibert room beneath the roof was spacious and private, with a big shower and bath, and a comfortable bed where we slept really well. We were there with Angela and Vincent over Easter, and the house had been decorated beautifully for the holiday. Vincent showed us the home they built over eight years, and all the thoughtful craftsmanship made it feel warm and detailed. We felt like we were staying with friends, thanks to how kind our hosts were. Dinner at La Ferme de la Cour was a great choice: Angela cooked a delicious five-course meal, and Vincent barbecued lamb and beef filet. Breakfast was just as tasty, with fresh local bread, meats, jams and jellies. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and can highly recommend La Ferme de la Cour.

Angela and her husband are so kind, and I'd gladly stay again. The accommodation is exceptional, set in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Breakfast was amazing, with delicious local ingredients.

Angela and Vincent were attentive to everything we needed, from a cup of coffee to a local wine or beer to go with dinner. They're delightful, friendly hosts who have done a fantastic job turning an old farmhouse into a cozy, charming bed and breakfast. They restored it themselves, and the care shows in the decor, mattress and pillows. Everything made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Angela's cooking was on the level of the finest five-star restaurants. One morning she served pain perdu with homemade orange marmalade, absolutely delicious, alongside plenty of fresh local ingredients. One evening, when we were too tired to go out, she went out of her way to make us a wonderful meal with veal, a tur-duc-hen like chop and a fresh sprout salad. It was far better than any nearby restaurant. My wife and I stayed at La Ferme de la Cour during a visit to Wallonie, Belgium. We plan to return to the region and will definitely stay here again.
