The breakfast was basic but acceptable. The rooms felt very dated, and the beds and mattresses were really uncomfortable, so it didn't feel like a three-star hotel. There was no reception service either, and we had to call to find out where our key was.

The hotel is right in the center, close to the town, market, shops, and lovely park areas. We were there for a wedding in a nearby town. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was good too. There's a bistro in the hotel and a bar with outdoor seating.

There was no temperature control, and I would at least have expected a fan. I also saw mosquitoes here, which I haven't encountered anywhere else in Europe. Really substandard. Unfortunately, I have to stay another week. I wouldn't recommend it.

I stopped in for a quick lunch while my colleague was staying at the hotel. The staff were really friendly, and the terrace was nice. Definitely one of the better spots in Herentals.

The bathrooms were dirty, with hair on the floor, and the towels were used and dirty. The breakfast staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. The eggs and coffee had run out. Never again.
