The breakfast was next, and Albert was going all out. He clearly loves showing off and explaining his carefully furnished guesthouse, always with wit and charm. It was my first B&B, and I was thrilled. Our suite had a high-quality bathroom with a whirlpool, a very comfortable bed, fruit, and the usual Belgian plate of sweets. Fantastic value for money, and we'll be back. Some four-star hotels could learn from this place.

We had a friendly welcome and found a cozy atmosphere, with water, cookies, and fresh fruit in the room. Breakfast was excellent and very generous, the rooms were neat and clean, and the bathrooms spacious. Our suite even had a jacuzzi. It's on the outskirts of Knokke, so we drove a short way to the center. The neighborhood was very quiet, and parking was free. Highly recommended, we'd happily come again.

Albert is a welcoming, helpful host, and you can ask him for excellent restaurant tips. The B&B is in a typical Belgian stone house, with a little lounge area for relaxing in the evenings. There's also a garden shed where you can store bicycles safely.

Albert was friendly and explained things well. The rooms were nice and clean, with good beds. Each couple had their own bathroom, though some had a strange layout. We could store our bikes, and there was parking for three cars. Breakfast was the letdown. There was fresh fruit, juice, and a smoothie, and the croissants and rolls were fine, but there was very little choice of toppings. The charcuterie clearly wasn't fresh: white spots were already appearing on the chicken breast, and the salami was completely dried out. The same food was brought back to the table the second morning. For the price, we'd have liked eggs or something similar. The strawberries in the fruit salad were clearly past their prime too, which was a pity.
