Around 6 PM, after we checked in, the rooms still weren't ready. Parking wasn't available, and the bed for the third person hadn't been put in the room. The service fell far below expectations. It was a really bad day. I'm sorry for the hotel staff, but this needs to improve quickly.

We got clear information beforehand and a good welcome. The rooms were very good, with comfortable beds and a clean, spacious bathroom. The kids and I enjoyed a game of pool in the lobby. Breakfast was good, with plenty to choose from and lots of tasty pastries.

The place was generally clean and fine, and the location was good. Still, it came across more like a mid-tier motel than the cozy hotel in the pictures, and there's no lobby. We had two rooms: one was much better, while the other had a pretty lousy bathroom. For a family, a gîte would be better value for the price.

The rooms were first class, and breakfast was great. It's close to bars too, though parking is limited.

We enjoyed our stay and will come back when we're visiting Spa. The owners are nice, and the hotel has been renovated recently and looks great. Our rooms were clean and tidy. It's right in the middle of the village, with lots of restaurants nearby.
