We had a lovely weekend at Thon Hotel EU for my wife's birthday, and the hotel went beyond what we expected. Before arriving, I asked about decorating the room, and what a lovely surprise we found: balloons, a personalized postcard, and flower petals on the bed. My wife absolutely loved it. Thanks for making her day so special. The staff were warm and helpful throughout, from restaurant recommendations to directions and local advice. Check-in was quick, friendly, and professional, and we appreciated having a quiet room for restful nights. Breakfast was good, if not extraordinary, with everything we needed to start the day. We especially enjoyed the tomato juice, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and delicious self-made pancakes. A big thank you to everyone. We'd happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels. 😊

I've stayed here for about a week each time, last year and this year. The hotel is close to an underground station, making central Brussels easy to reach. Most staff, especially at the front desk, are kind and helpful, and the amenities are enough for a longer stay. I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. I'm going to Belgium again next year and plan to stay here.

The location worked really well for us, close to the transit station but away from the city centre crowds. Since it’s right on a main road, I appreciated that it was still quiet. We only stayed one night, and the room was comfortable with plenty of useful things, including full-size toiletries, a fridge, and an iron. When we mentioned it was our anniversary, they surprised us with some tasty pastries.

Breakfast on the weekend was a real highlight, with loads of fresh choices and more variety than we expected. We spent two nights at the Thon EU Hotel, and the room was roomy, spotless, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and keen to help whenever we needed something. The location was great too. We’d happily stay again.

The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms felt spacious and quiet. It’s a short walk to the EU institutions and close to the metro, so the location was handy. Breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were friendly. Modern, clean place. I’d stay here again, for work or a holiday.
