The bartenders are superb, welcoming and friendly, even though the food in the bar is overpriced for its quality. The hotel is just minutes on foot from the city and local amenities. Staff are caring and do what they can to help, and housekeeping are really good and friendly. The rooms are okay, though some carpets need attention and the TVs should be updated. We were happy staying here and would definitely recommend considering it in Leuven.

I was at Novotel Leuven Centrum for more than 10 days, and the whole team made the stay special. The dinner staff served great food with great service, and Domenico was so welcoming that each meal felt like eating at home. Thanks as well to the reception team for their help and smiles, especially Robin and Theodora, and to the breakfast crew for a lovely buffet and for being so nice. The cleaning team kept my very spacious room impeccable. Thank you all!

The room was close to the elevator, which was convenient, but its layout left barely enough space for my electric wheelchair to turn comfortably. The bathroom was generally accessible and well designed, though a clogged shower drain let water spread across the whole floor after I showered, making it inconvenient and potentially unsafe. Breakfast had the usual continental buffet selection, but most of it disappointed: hard, dry, tasteless waffles, mediocre coffee, and muffins that weren't much better. The croissants were genuinely delicious. We came down around 9:30am, and the cheese board looked stale, as if it had been sitting out too long. I hope they improve the room layout and breakfast. I'd recommend skipping breakfast.

Our regular bartender Dominico is one of the best parts of staying here, even though we mostly just drink beer. He remembers what we like and is quick, attentive, reliable, and friendly. You feel welcome right away, and he keeps a relaxed atmosphere at the bar. That calm, professional service makes us want to return and is a real part of a good stay. Highly recommend!

Dominico!!!!! Best bartender I've ever had. This man saved me from a car crash and delivered my firstborn. I trust him with my life. Go to this hotel, have a good time, and meet Dominico at the bar. 🩷
