Carpe Diem

We booked the whole place for two families, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The facilities and pool are fantastic, with the hot tub as a great extra. There are also two saunas and a steam room. I really can’t recommend it highly enough.

This was the worst place for a vacation. The house was dirty, and there was no privacy because the owner’s own house is right next to it. When he was outside, he watched us. He also said we had broken everything. We paid a lot and got nothing for it. DIRTY HOUSE. DON’T go here.

We were four families, seven people in total, and had a very comfortable family weekend with all the wellness facilities we needed. We swam, used the sauna and hammam, relaxed on loungers indoors and outside, and went for a brisk walk. There were two lounges, two dining rooms and a bar for spending time together. The weather was lovely, so we also ate comfortably on the terraces. Well worth five stars.

Our stay at Carpe Diem with our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren was unforgettable: ten days, from August 21, 2020, to August 31, 2020. On the last day, my wedding ring slipped under the sideboard and into a crack in the parquet floor, where we couldn’t reach it. It was such a sad end to a wonderful holiday. We mentioned it while saying goodbye to the very friendly owners. Then, yesterday, Easter Monday (April 5, 2021), Dominique emailed to say the ring had been found and asked how he could get it back to me. That was the loveliest Easter Monday I’ve ever had! Thank you so much. Carpe Diem is highly recommended.
