Hotel La Crémaillère

My wife loves horses, so she was happy here, and I liked how quiet it was. The breakfast was nice too.

The beds were comfortable, though the duvets were a little narrow. I’ve visited two years in a row on my motorcycle and could park it safely each time. The owner is very pleasant, and I’ve had a really good dinner on both stays, with succulent meat from the farm across the street. Breakfast included yogurt and homemade products. The rooms are simple. I’ll certainly return.

The restaurant is well worth trying. Its homemade food is simple and comforting, and I really enjoyed it. My colleague and I had arrived that day looking for somewhere to stay, and the host welcomed us warmly. The room was simple but comfortable, though larger duvets might be nice. The setting was unusual. I’d happily come back if it weren’t so far from Brussels.

A good starting point for walks in the Ardennes. The hotel is simple, with functional rooms and decent beds. It’s peaceful here, just what you want if you’re after quiet. Breakfast isn’t lavish, but there’s enough, and dinner is reasonably priced and surprisingly tasty.
