Each room has its own bathroom, so there's no queue when you and your friends are getting ready to head to the caves or the nearby forest. No one can blame a busy shower or bathroom for being late! The antique rooms are magnificent and make this an ideal place for some thrilling games of Cluedo. It's a perfect stay.
The people at the hotel are really nice, and the garden looks lovely. But the place is old, outdated, and not clean. The bathroom smelled, the water didn't drain, the room was hot, and there were bugs inside. It needs renovating.
We visited the Grotten van Han and couldn't have picked a nicer place to spend the night. The rooms have an authentic old-mansion feel, but they're comfortable and original. The owners were lovely, and parking was easy. They understand cars and bikes, and the person at the Check-in desk speaks Dutch really well. I'd book this cozy place again. 😃
The rooms look out over the garden and all the surrounding greenery, with plenty of paths and nature trails nearby. It's a beautiful hotel, and breakfast was delicious. We should definitely have dinner in the restaurant too.
Right in the middle of nature, with no close neighbors, and a super friendly host couple. You can ask them anything. It's an amazing house and a top experience. I recommend it to everybody!
