Cool Cool House

We stayed just one night, though the place would suit a longer visit too. The hostel is right by the tram and train, and you can also walk along the Meuse River into central Liège. The four of us loved how clean, cozy and distinctive everything felt. It was a lovely idea to turn your parents' house into a hostel! Our host was wonderful, the coffee was delicious, and we had some nice chats with the other guests in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need. Thanks for such a lovely stay. Being just 10 meters from Guillemins train station was so convenient, especially with the breakfast box, since we didn't have to rush out of bed. Tarik and Assia were incredibly kind, and the room was bright, spacious and clean. The hosts made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. I was a little nervous about staying on my own, but I soon felt completely comfortable. The bedding was clean and cozy too. I had a wonderful time at Cool Cool House and will definitely be back! ♥️♥️

The rooms are on the small side, so they're best if you like a cozy space. If you're claustrophobic, they might not suit you. Still, I felt good there, and the place is as close to the station as it gets. Tarik really cares about guests having a good time and makes you feel welcome. It's easy to meet people without the social side feeling overwhelming. The shared spaces are modern, very clean and clearly laid out with colors, numbers and signs. There's a room full of board games, plus a self-service bar with a nice range of local beers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook. I highly recommend it.
