The male receptionist I met at noon was courteous and professional. When I came back in the afternoon to check in, though, the female receptionist was dismissive and unpleasant, and her attitude gave me the clear impression that Asian guests were being treated differently. I felt deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. Everyone should be treated respectfully and equally, regardless of nationality or ethnicity. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it. I’m very dissatisfied with the service I received today.

Breakfast was filling and really good, and there’s free coffee and tea around the clock. The location is great. The bathroom was really big and clean, with plenty of towels. Loved the shower, too, with its two shower heads.

The rooms were clean, modern, and functional, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The host was friendly and accommodating at check-in and check-out. You can walk to everything you need, and parking is at a nearby garage for 14 euro a night. For the price and location, it’s hard to beat this hotel. Don’t miss the breakfast!

The room was exceptionally clean, so thanks to the cleaning staff for that. But I spent three days in a room with no daylight, facing a wall, and it felt claustrophobic. Reception put me in this prison-style room for a longer stay. I can’t give it more than one star as a hotel, with one extra star for the cleanliness.

After a long day, it was great to be able to get free coffee or tea in the hotel lobby, and have some before leaving the city, too. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and the room was clean, comfortable, and all new and modern. Definitely recommend it.
