For anyone arriving by Flixbus, it’s walkable from both the center and the bus station. On arrival, you need to contact them on WhatsApp using the number on the door, and the doors open with a code. The room was clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were really friendly. There wasn’t anyone at reception, so I can’t comment on that, but WhatsApp worked fine. I’d recommend it.

I booked through Booking.com as a place to stay while attending the Formula 1 race in July. They first contacted me there asking for my credit card details to pay the tourist tax, which is a classic scam tactic. After that, they proposed changing my booking, supposedly because they could no longer accommodate it. There were no actual changes, and they never replied to me or Booking.com. When the offer to modify the reservation expired, my booking was cancelled. I suspect they wanted it cancelled so they could relist the room at a much higher price because of F1 visitor demand. That seems mostly confirmed by the room still being available for more than twice what I originally booked it for. Scummy, poorly run place. Avoid at all costs.

The worst experience ever. I felt the towels and blankets hadn’t been washed after the previous guest left, and they smelled dirty. I had a morning meeting, but nobody was there to help, and the building was locked so I couldn’t even get outside. I had to cancel the meeting.

The staff were friendly, which was the one good part. The room and hallway were very dusty, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. There was no air conditioning, and the old fridge didn't work. The room had poor sound insulation, so we could hear our neighbors and people at the restaurant. I'd look for a better hotel if you want to enjoy your stay.
