I didn't stay at the hotel, but I needed to print a document while traveling. The gentleman there kindly said it was no problem, printed it right away, and even offered me water. The lobby is beautiful, and the hotel is right in the city center. You have to ring the bell to get in. That kind gesture alone made it a 10/10 experience for me.

The room was tiny, and the bathroom had very thin walls, so you could hear absolutely everything from the bedroom. During my stay on 15th August, a festival was going on almost all night and was extremely loud. The window clearly wasn't sealed well, and it felt like I was sleeping out on the street. I tried to get a different room from reception, but nobody was there, and none of the contacts worked, including the emergency number. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I also wonder how it got a 4.8 rating here.

I only spent one night and wasn't in the hotel much. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom looked good and were very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is 16 euros per person. With so many tasty options nearby for half that price, I couldn't really justify it. They describe it as plentiful, but I'd rather have a lighter, cheaper breakfast than start the day feeling in a food coma.

The room was put together really nicely and the hotel was super clean. It made me feel like I was in a very luxurious 5-star hôtel in Morocco. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the service was quick and reliable. They took care of everything I needed in an orderly way and on time. Thanks so much for the amazing stay.
