So peaceful here, and the room was cosy and a good size for two. Breakfast was delicious, and they even asked how we wanted our eggs cooked :) Really enjoyed it. Greetings from Latvia!

The hosts were friendly and easy to reach, and the kitchen worked really well for our group of 11. Everything was clean, each room had its own bathroom, and there was secure parking behind the building. The cottage is also close to the start of lots of lovely hikes. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the sunshine. We did miss having a bigger, separate cosy living room where everyone could gather. The terrace worked while the weather was good, but in bad weather it would be hard for all of us to hang out on the couch. We also kept going to our rooms and forgetting the key cards, so we couldn't just walk in and out. We understand it serves as both a holiday home and a B&B, so that setup may not have been possible.

We had a fantastic weekend here. The garden gets lovely sun, and there are two great terraces, one for lounging and one for meals, both with large parasols. There's also a pétanque court behind the house with balls provided, and you can use the Weber gas barbecue for a small fee. The central living room opens onto a very well-equipped kitchen, with everything from two ovens and hotplates to specialty beer glasses. The house was once home to four mayors and later served as a hotel. Its bedrooms are lovely, each with a private bathroom and a hotel-style key card entry. Many thanks!

't Dorpshuys is a lovely choice for a big group, surrounded by greenery, and waking to birdsong was such a treat. The place is very accessible too. We had two wheelchair users, and their room and the surrounding areas were adapted really well. Each room has its own bathroom, the showers are great, and the beds are very comfortable. There’s a locked place to store bikes, plus an outdoor play area and lots of games for children. Highly recommended!
