The awkward part for a city visit is getting into the centre: the only public transport is a bus, and it runs infrequently on a long route. For work stays, though, the location is handy, close to NATO headquarters, Eurocontrol and plenty of companies. I've been back nearly every month for a year and a half, since the hotel opened. The staff are consistently lovely and helpful, and the beds are big and comfortable. Rooms aren't large, but there's enough space for one person or a couple, with a table for meals and a small spot to work. The bathroom is standard, and the toiletries are just okay. Wi-Fi isn't great, though it gets the job done. The kitchen could use more cutlery. On my last stay there were only a couple of spoons and forks, enough for me, but not enough if my wife had been with me.

The staff were really friendly and ready to help, and the price was very affordable. My room was quiet, comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for the trip. It's also close to the bus station. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone after good value and a pleasant place to stay.

Clean, classy, clever, cozy and secure. Aparthotel Adagio had the professional feel, comfort and convenience I wanted for a quick overnight before an early flight. I'd call it stellar, and the staff and front office management deserve praise.

The free airport shuttle was a welcome extra, and we'd stay here again for an early flight. We were only there one night. There isn't a bar or restaurant on site, but the hotel next door has both just a few steps away. Our first room had the thermostat stuck at 25 degrees Celsius with an error showing, and its TV remote was missing. We went straight to reception, and they happily moved us to a new room. Gold star for sorting that out.

The breakfast was the real low point. It was served at holiday inn express, apparently as a shared facility, and at 0900hrs it was packed with guests from two hotels. There were no utensils, serviettes or coffee, just hot water at the dispenser, and the food wasn't being replenished quickly enough. I heard other diners say they'd paid 21 Euros per person and still got that service. They seriously need to get things together if they want to be taken seriously in hospitality. I stayed two nights, on 6th and 7th Dec. Check-in was slow, though otherwise smooth, even with few people around. The room was spotless, but the TV remote was missing and my access card failed a couple of times, so I had to get it validated again. The gym is very basic: one treadmill that wasn't properly maintained and required an app download to use, which is silly, plus rusty weights. The train service is abysmal too. There's one ticket machine for the whole area, and it was out of service on Sunday, leaving the app as the only way to get a ticket. That's not good for tourists.
