Het Bed van den Doktoor

Dirk and Liesbet made me feel so welcome and looked after. I felt special and at ease throughout my stay. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We had such a cosy stay in this home-like place and loved all the little details. I’m really glad I got to meet Liesbet and Dirk.

The Jaak room had a lovely nature theme and a stunning view over the garden. Breakfast was delicious, with local products and homemade chocolate that was especially good. We brought our bikes, and they gave us junction routes. There was a secure place to store the bikes, too. Liesbeth and Dirk were flexible, super friendly, and helpful. The whole place is completely themed. The B&B has a restaurant and bar with a cosy terrace, run by the owner's sister. Within walking distance, there's also the old windmill, run by Natuurpunt volunteers, where you can have a drink on a terrace overlooking the pond. We’ll definitely come back to try the outdoor pool. The quiet setting and cosy atmosphere made our stay feel complete. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, and breakfast had plenty of fresh local products. The hospitality was fantastic, they were happy to help with anything. We’d gladly return.
