BB Villa Chantecler

A great deal, with a spacious, comfortable room, tasty food, and such a nice host. Breakfast had a good variety, and I really enjoyed it. I’m very picky about everything, but this place met all my expectations and more. There are bikes to use, and riding them around town and into the city centre was so much fun!

We stayed at the end of June 2017. The room was amazing: clean, beautiful, bright, and with a large bathroom. But what mattered most was the experience. The owner told us not to worry about anything because we were on holiday, and she really took care of everything for us. Downstairs there’s a kitchen with a fridge full of drinks. You pay for what you take, and they trust you to do that. There was plenty of coffee both in the room and kitchen. The little patio at the back was lovely for a drink at night, and the city is close enough to walk to easily. Breakfast was very good, with eggs made to our preference, fresh fruit, and plenty of drinks. Thank you, Villa Chantecler. We hope to come back soon!

We spent a lovely 24 hours there before heading home. The building is beautiful, and the accommodation is spacious and luxurious. Virginie was probably the nicest host I’ve ever stayed with, thoughtful and very accommodating. There were lovely extra touches, like fizzy drinks and even beer for guests in the fridge. Our top-floor room was SO spacious, with a huge bathroom and everything we needed. We even came back at 6pm and spent the evening together in the room. My fiancé and I are already planning another trip to Brugge, and we’ll definitely book Villa Chantecler again. Thank you so much, Virginie!

I’ve stayed in all sorts of places, from airbnb flats to 5 star luxury hotels, but I’ve never felt as good anywhere as I did here. The hospitality and kindness were wonderful, and the apartment was just perfect. I don’t think I could have made a better choice when booking. Brugge is fantastic on its own, and Villa Chantecler makes the perfect match.
