The breakfast was very good, and the place itself is distinctive and nicely decorated. But the host's manner put us off. When we couldn't find the bell on arrival, he said it was "not that hard" and "very obvious," which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the start. He could be hospitable, but there was often a passive aggressive edge. The room also didn't match the description on the booking site. For example, the advertised outdoor hot tub wasn't there. It wasn't a major issue for us, but the listing should have matched the room. A few dates later we stayed at a lower budget, larger chain hotel and had an exceptional customer experience. We wouldn't return or recommend this hotel.

The room felt like a palace, with chandeliers, artwork, and thoughtful touches like custom robes, slippers, chocolates, and lovely bath products. We stayed in the lower guest house, which had a big living room, bedroom, and a small outdoor space. Andrei welcomed us with champagne and charcuterie as soon as we checked in. Breakfast was amazing too, from the spread he laid out to the eggs he made and freshly cut prosciutto. His style shows in the decor of both the rooms and bar. It's right in the heart of Bruges, and the most luxurious place I've ever stayed. I'll keep coming back just to stay here.

Lovely B and B, beautifully decorated, spotless, and with wonderful service. I especially liked the fireplace in the room. Breakfast was great, with top quality ingredients. If you have reduced mobility, ask for a ground floor room. Ours on the second floor was beautiful, but the only way up is by stairs. Thank you, Andrei, for a wonderful stay and your hospitality.

One of the nicest places I've stayed, with a great location and a really classy feel. Everything seemed high quality, including breakfast. Just note breakfast is only served from 9:00-10:30, and they need the room at 10:30 to set up for lunch.
