It's the little extras that make a difference, like having hooks for the towels.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely: eggs, rolls, pastries, different kinds of muesli, yogurt, fresh orange juice, and good coffee. There was easy parking, including on the street. The room was lovely and had a box-spring bed with a pocket-sprung mattress. It was comfortable, though I sleep better on latex mattresses. The springs didn't give enough at the shoulders for me as a side sleeper. The bathroom had a rain shower and plenty of space.

We had a wonderful family stay. Karlein and Christophe, and their children, are fantastic people. We loved coming back to the peace and quiet after each day at Middelkerke Dike. Everything was perfect, and we'll definitely return as soon as we can!

The family room called "luxury" is magnificent! The couple running the place are wonderful and speak excellent French. They're very generous, too: they lent us baby toys from the common room so our child could play with them.
