The staff and owners were very unfriendly. It felt like the hotel was only for locals. How can you tell guests, "you must leave your dog in the car for all night"? We booked through booking.com because it was listed as pet friendly, but they said, "we don't care it's your problem"!

I haven't stayed here, so I can't comment on the rooms or service. It's a converted farmhouse retreat, and I thought the restaurant was quite good. The pancakes are the best!

I visited a few years ago. It was a nice, peaceful place, with friendly staff and good food.

The peaceful countryside setting was wonderful, and the kids loved the playground. We stayed in a renovated, well-kept farmhouse, with an excellent breakfast of fresh fruit salad, farm-fresh yogurt, and more. Our quadruple room was spacious, attractive, and practical. The bed was poor, though, and that was the only downside. Everything else was perfect.
