A peaceful park in a good location, as long as you’re okay with driving an hour or two. There’s a small pool and mini golf, though it’s not the most exciting place for kids. It probably suits a laid-back holiday with adults better, but our kids still had fun.

We used the park as a place to stay for a local airshow, so didn’t really try the facilities. The park itself is beautiful, and the room was clean and really nice. The staff were friendly and spoke English. We’ll definitely be back next year.

The receptionists were incredibly welcoming, and their kindness made our stay. Special thanks to the staff member who personally thanked us for leaving the place clean. We really appreciated her warm words, and we thank her right back. Thanks, EuroParcs staff!

EuroParcs Zilverstrand is beautiful, clean and well located, but poor service and a lack of basic hospitality really dragged down our four-night stay. There were three of us, yet we got just one garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper and a tiny amount of dish soap for the whole visit. When we asked reception for more, they bluntly said we’d have to buy it ourselves, even the garbage bags needed to keep the place clean. The reply felt robotic and unhelpful, with no attempt to assist. This was especially disappointing since we’d paid extra for towels and bed linen. The general service felt cold and indifferent. Staff seemed disengaged, with no smiles or welcoming energy, just a do-it-yourself attitude. I’d also told the property several times that we’d arrive late, well after check-in hours, and was assured the key and room details would be left in a locker. But when we arrived at 1:00 AM, I had to call Agoda support from the taxi to get instructions because the hotel hadn’t communicated them properly. The location and facilities were great, but the customer service was severely lacking. It felt like they were cutting corners wherever possible and charging extra for even basic things. We left with a very negative impression.
