The beach bar was the highlight for me. It’s right on the beach with lots of seats, though it gets packed and the bar queues can be long. We were there for the weekend with my son’s football team. The rooms feel dated and could use a refurb, which I think they may be starting. The pool area was good. Food options were a problem: on our last night, nothing was open after 7pm apart from the bar cafe, and that only stayed open because people complained. Breakfast was the usual cheap hotel breakfast.

The kids absolutely loved the Aqua Fun experience. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the resort’s hospitality, facilities, and amenities. The service was excellent throughout.

The location is great, but the lodges are looking worn, and booking an exclusive lodge seemed to offer little beyond having towels and sheets ready. Prices were wildly inflated: €18 for two fries and two sauces, €28 for two medium takeaway pizzas, and €145 for the New Year’s buffet, which was canteen quality. Most staff were polite, though they didn’t seem keen to be there. Centre Parcs needs to put money into the place to make it good again.

We got a very good price for a 10-person house. The pool was nice, and we enjoyed the activities too. The place was just a little dated, but we had a nice stay.

We paid only €1400 for 11 nights, which felt like a steal, and we’d definitely consider coming back. It was a great setting for a family holiday. My 6 year old and two older teens all had a lovely time. There are nice lakes for running or walking, and some amazing restaurants nearby after a pleasant walk along the local canal.
