Best Western Plus Hotel Lido

We’ve already spent two nights here and plan to stay at least two more. It’s accessible, which matters a lot to me because I use a scooter. The staff are all great, especially Monika, and the rates are reasonable. The hotel is very close to the Grand Place. I highly recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms cost far too much for what you get. The carpet was stained and disgusting, and the rooms smelled odd. The kitchenette fan didn’t work and there was no cutting board. The beds felt cheap and were much too soft. Several light switches were dead, and the bedroom’s main switch was awkwardly placed by the window, across the bed. The living room AC wouldn’t switch between heating and cooling, and one elevator was broken.

The rooms are a nice size, though ours got a bit hot overnight. There was a portable fan in the room. Parking for cars and motorbikes is secure, and the staff were friendly, especially the young woman at reception. The hot chocolate machine in reception was fantastic. I’d go back just for that! A good stay, and I’ll definitely return.

The rooms let in a lot of noise, and hotel staff woke us early in the morning. The furniture needs replacing or the rooms need renovating. Breakfast was modest and poor quality. We invite you to Poland, where you can find refined quality and comfort at an affordable price. Also, please remove the sauna photo from Google because there isn’t one, and get a new Wi-Fi router.
