For nearly two years I stayed here, and at first things seemed fine. The cleaning staff were friendly, but the Wi-Fi was very poor. After I lost my job because of the COVID 19 VIRUS and had limited income, the owner and her husband offered no help. She kept emailing to demand the full rent, 1800 euros a month for one person, and wouldn't accept any reduction. They seemed interested only in money. Parking was a constant problem too. She rented spaces to other shop owners, so cars double parked and we were often asked to move ours. The bathrooms repeatedly grew mold, and I had respiratory problems while living there, which I have no doubt were related. Outside, people loitered, drank at all hours, and caused trouble. It could feel quite intimidating. I'd urge people to look elsewhere.

The location near the plaza is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable for a reasonable price. Staff are very friendly, and the building has good security. In the rooms, though, there are no safes, peepholes or security locks on the doors. There aren't any irons either, which is awkward for business travelers. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.

My room was huge, almost like its own flat. It's a weird place to stay, but I liked that.

Pretty good overall, though breakfast costs a lot and isn't especially generous. The tables are dirty now and then, and I wasn't allowed to pay ahead.

I've been here for a while and it's a good place. The location near the Grand Place is handy.
