The service stood out: reception, housekeeping, and dining staff were all well above average, professional without being stiff. The hotel is well placed in Mouscron, and the town itself is lovely. Getting to Kortijk without a car is less convenient. I also loved the decor based on textile history. Breakfast was included, with plenty of fresh, healthy options alongside the usual choices.

The breakfasts were divine, with a huge range of things to choose from, and the staff were incredibly lovely. The manager is handsome 😍 lol, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Just off Mouscron's town square, the hotel is perfectly placed, especially at Christmas when there's so much going on. Lille and Brugges are both just over an hour away. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, and I can't wait to return.

I slept well and woke up refreshed. The hotel was clean and tidy, with good shared spaces, and it's only two minutes from the town centre. Breakfast was good too. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and happy.

We spent three nights here on a ledger WW1 tour. The hotel was clean and close to the town square. The woman who checked us in was the one low point, not especially cheerful when we arrived. The reception and bar lady on the next two evening shifts was delightful, always smiling and friendly, as was the busy girl serving breakfast each morning. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The town is beautiful, the food is outstanding, and the staff are so friendly. This was the perfect base for starting and ending our days exploring the western front.
