8/10
We liked the duplex’s generous space, its equipment, and the cool balcony view. It was an easy walk into town, and parking overnight at nearby Parking Confluence was straightforward. Check-in was simple, though we missed the personal follow-up we’ve had at similar places, where a virtual concierge checks that you’ve settled in. Cleaning let the stay down: the floors were dirty, with food left by previous guests, and the toilet roll hadn’t been replenished. We’d consider coming back, but after this experience it wouldn’t necessarily be our first pick in Namur.

The price was good, and the whole process worked smoothly, from getting the codes by message to coming and going. We liked the independent feel, without that awkward moment of passing reception. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed.

The house had a slightly damp smell, and so did the towels, though it didn’t really spoil the overall impression. The rooms themselves were new, clean, and nice, and just a few minutes’ walk from the Citadel and city center.

The location is excellent and the room is nice, but it feels rather expensive for what you get. Booking.com said parking was available, though that wasn’t the case, and the hallway smelled really bad.

We spent a few days at this brand new place and had an incredible time. It’s really nice, very convenient, and within walking distance of the city center. I highly recommend it in Namur!
