We stayed on December 6, 2025. Before booking, I checked about accessibility because my husband is disabled. There's one disabled parking space, but it's so small that getting a wheelchair or disabled passenger out of the car is impossible. From the parking area, there's a heavy fire door and a step to get to the lift. Going back from the hotel to the car park is especially difficult: in the narrow hallway, a disabled person would have to use the key card, pull the door toward them, and manage the step, with no room for anyone to help. There's also a large step from reception to the street, making it hard to leave the hotel. I hate to think how we'd have managed in an emergency. I expected more from a chain like Accor.

Friendly service, a decent breakfast, and a clean, well-kept place in a good location.

It's an ideal spot, just a short walk from places of interest. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak several languages. They can advise about restaurants and other things, and there are information books in different languages too. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but breakfast is a tasty buffet with plenty of choice, and you can eat as much as you like. It isn't a full English breakfast, which makes sense outside England, though they do have scrambled eggs and sausages if you want them.

There was a bar in the lobby, and the morning breakfast buffet was large and delicious. I think it was free, or included with the room. The location was great, with lots of places within walking distance and scooter and bike rentals nearby. I think this was also one of the few places with air conditioning and windows that could open. The only issue was the towels: there were two of us, but just one set.
