We were the only guests, though I think sharing the living room and kitchen with other guests would have been just as nice. I like the idea of sharing the house. After a long day walking, Sarah gave us a warm welcome. She'd already lit the fire, which made everything feel so cosy. The room was nice, the bathroom comfortable, and the kitchen clean and tidy. A really great stay.

We booked this lovely place for a weekend to get away from our busy lives. The host was lovely and the house was fantastic. It suited the two of us, though it felt a bit big since it can easily sleep six. The only downside is that there's nothing to do in the village, so you'll need a car to get around.

We spent two days there, and the awful weather meant we had to stay indoors. It was dreadfully cold inside, which made the stay somewhat disappointing. Otherwise, the place was clean and good.

We stayed here in September and thought it was wonderful. The hostess was so warm and helpful, and we're still grateful that a room happened to be available when we showed up without a booking. It was clean, modern, and decorated with care. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

Sarah was really friendly and helpful, and the house is beautiful. The little gadget and beers were a nice touch. The garden is small and doesn't have a view, but that didn't bother us. The stove was easy to use. We had a fantastic stay and recommend the place.
