It’s a comfortable, old fashioned guest house with lots of rooms. Ours was split over two levels: upstairs had four separate beds and a bathroom, while downstairs had twin beds. There was only one toilet, on the lower level.

It's a central, quiet place, and the old British colonial house is beautiful. Everything was clean, and the welcome was very friendly. The bed felt a little too soft for me, but I still slept well.

A wonderful base at the gateway to the Salient, and truly part of the history of the British Army on the Western Front. The owners were incredibly welcoming, and the bedrooms are beautiful.
