There’s an old game tucked away at the back of the cafe that we like playing when we go for drinks. I can’t remember its name, but it’s a bit like bowling and still different. It was a fun surprise to walk through the cafe and suddenly find this big bowling area. Check the pictures, I can’t describe it very well. You can use the restroom without going inside, which is handy while you’re playing. The staff are usually nice, but there’s one guy who’s really unfriendly and unwelcoming. He made us feel like, “Who do you think you are?” That’s no way to treat customers, so I’m giving four stars.

WARNING!!! I ended up with horrible indigestion! I’d give less than one star if I could. We waited 1h30 for a small waffle warmed in the microwave and a slice of braised ham that wasn’t even good. The service was awful, with no smiles or apologies. It felt like they only cared about money, and the food was disgusting. DON’T take the risk!

A cosy little hotel right in the centre of Watou. The rooms are quiet and luxurious, and the breakfast is delicious. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
