After seven years of coming back, we’ve decided this will be our last stay. The rooms have always been clean, the breakfast is good, and Sabrina at reception is friendly. But the price seems to go up every year just in time for Graspop, and it’s become too expensive for us. The breakfast staff were unfriendly again this year, which took a little away from the experience. Thanks for having us all these years.

The place itself is great and the rooms are decent, so it could easily be a four- or five-star stay. The problem is the lack of care: they don’t clean or replace the bed linen or towels, including the towels you use to shower. A week might be okay, but staying longer is a definite no.

The setting around it is really lovely, and it worked well for a seminar. There are lots of rooms that can be used for different purposes, and the food was good. The bedrooms are basic, but decent.

They need to hire people who are more professional. An employee spat in front of me and warned me in an aggressive way. He wasn’t polite, and the music wasn’t even loud. It was turned off before 22:00, as requested. Management should teach its employees the rules of their own workplace.

A lovely spot for a summer break or a family trip. The location is beautiful.
