We really appreciated the breakfast, served in the room at the time we chose, with regional products. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely mix of modern and old-school touches. Its recently installed bathroom was very clean and open to the room. We liked that as a couple, though friends might want to check whether every room is the same. Alain was friendly, communicated openly and well in advance, and accommodated our needs. We had everything we needed and expected for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We made a booking mistake and came here while traveling with a child. Luckily, our child is quiet and sleeps with us, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for children. That said, it’s fantastic for a romantic break or a hiking and cycling holiday. Alain is a great host and speaks English, French and Dutch fluently. Breakfast brought to the room was amazing, with lots of local products and freshly baked goods.

The owner was kind and friendly, listened carefully, helped with what we needed, and still respected our privacy. The B&B is in a green setting and is genuinely welcoming to cyclists. It isn’t luxurious, but there’s plenty of comfort and space. Our room was really spacious, with four rooms in all, a large shower, a comfy lounge and a big bedroom. Breakfast was simple, with good-quality products. We got great information about bike routes and the surrounding area. The owner suggested three routes based on what we wanted, and the two we tried were great. There was also a secure place to leave the bikes. There aren’t many restaurants in the village, though there are enough nearby. The one we tried in the village was great. The owner and the website also give information about nearby options, and the ones we tried suited us perfectly.

The loft room got especially hot in the sunshine during the heat, which was the one problem for me. The shower was nice and spacious, though. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet and pleasant for resting between visits to local attractions and nature. We stayed during corona and could keep our distance; everything was hygienic. The host was friendly and spoke English, Dutch and French well.
