The hostess gave excellent service, and the hotel has a lot of charm. It’s in a school district, so things get pretty busy when you leave between 8 and 8:30. Still, it definitely deserves this five-star review!

We stayed at Hotel Moon for a Christmas trip to the town centre. It’s very close to the railway station, but we weren’t disturbed by the trains. The place was spotless, peaceful and beautifully appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The owners also communicated really well before we arrived. I’d never stayed at a boutique hotel before, but now I’m converted. Highly recommended, and I hope they do well.

The shared spaces and rooms were lovely, and the breakfast service was amazing. Customer service was great too, and changing our plans at the last minute was no problem. We’ll definitely return.

Everything was immaculately clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The setting is quiet, with restaurants within walking distance. Service was friendly and impeccable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. I’d happily recommend it and come back.

A really cosy place to stay, with friendly staff and a lovely view toward the garden. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was just right. I’d recommend it and would happily return.
