Sleep & Go Brussels Expo

We got a twin room that was very clean, with a kettle, tea, and coffee, which I hadn't expected at this price. Express check-in was easy even though we arrived late. The only issue was that the heating was automatic and we couldn't control it, though it did keep us warm. We parked for free in front of the hotel, and there were plenty of other spaces around too. We'll definitely come back.

For the price, I really liked my stay and would recommend the hotel. The location is a 20-30 minute trip to the central area most people want to explore, but a 3 euro bus ticket gets you there easily. I spent eight days here. Two days I was mostly away except for sleeping, and during the other six I was stuck in the hotel because of a medical issue. I had no complaints. The room and beds were clean when I arrived, and the room was cleaned halfway through my stay. The staff were lovely despite my terrible French, and the manager speaks English, so we had no language barrier. The only downside was noise from the restaurant next door on weekends, which is understandable. I'm a bit sensitive to noise, so take that as you will.

A big thank you to Leticia, the best administrator. She welcomed us warmly and helped with all our questions. If there are more concerts at the arena in future, we'll definitely stay here again!

It was my first time here and I really loved the place. The location is perfect, and the rooms are nice and clean. The staff are kind and friendly too. I'll stay here every time I come back.
